We offer Packed, Tray, and Bubble Cap Type Columns, designed in accordance with international design codes and tailored to meet client process requirements.

Types of Distillation Columns

• Packed Column
• Used for continuous and batch distillation, absorption, or stripping services where low pressure drop and high efficiency are required.
• Suitable for vacuum and low-pressure operations
• Options for Random Packing (Raschig rings, Pall rings, Berl saddles) and Structured Packing (Mellapak, Flexipac, etc.)
• High mass transfer surface area and uniform liquid–vapor distribution
• Typically used in chemical, solvent recovery, and gas absorption applications

Tray Column

• Designed for moderate pressure and wide operating ranges.
• Available in Sieve, Valve, and Bubble Cap tray configurations
• Optimized liquid hold-up and vapor handling capacity
• Easy maintenance and tray replacement access
• Commonly used in refinery and petrochemical fractionation services

Bubble Cap Column

• Used where precise vapor–liquid contact and wide turndown ratio are required.
• Each tray consists of bubble caps that allow controlled vapor flow through liquid
• Ensures stable operation even at varying load conditions
• Ideal for fine separation processes and corrosive or fouling duties.
